Do you struggle with time management and organization as a result of your ADHD symptoms? 
Are you overwhelmed by your home and want to create better systems to keep it organized?

Do you need help handling responsibilities and activities made harder by your ADHD symptoms?
Whether or not you received a formal diagnosis or take ADHD medication, I work on helping you get organized and reach your goals.

I coach clients to stay focused on their goals, overcome obstacles address core ADHD-related issues like time management, organization, self esteem and gain clarity and function more effectively.

I will also incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) that is geared toward ADHD into our work together. 
Both Telehealth and in-person appointments avaible.
